Open the in-game compendium and copy the requirement you want to work toward into your personal tracker. In 0.9.0, village action selection also gained condition hints.
Separate event and reward
The announcement says affection events can offer family-specific skill inspiration. This site does not yet infer every villager-to-skill mapping or the probability of a particular skill. Record the actual reward after the event.
