The announcement does not state the numerical value that triggers the idle action. Record the displayed Shield and the next action during your own attempt instead of relying on an invented breakpoint.
Prepare a reproducible comparison
Keep difficulty, version and your skill list with your notes. A pre-fix screenshot may show the display issue corrected in 0.9.3. Compare attempts on the same version before drawing a conclusion.
